PerfectCount: Drop Zone / Gravity Fed Counting Systems

Drop Zone, or Gravity Fed, counters are high-speed units. These units can be stand-alone systems or integrated into existing manufacturing or packaging operations. They are specifically good at counting bulk items very quickly. Up to 2000 parts per second!

We can integrate our detection head into many configurations. We’ve designed several different input feeders and output diverters for material handling. We have also integrated these with many packaging, conveyor and other client systems.

RobotView: Robotic Inspection and Counting Systems

This is an example of an advanced robotic inspection system custom developed by Sciotex. This system is performing multiple complex analysis that had never been done before. These detect micron level defects in composition, weight and measurement. The resulting analysis dispositions the sample as good or bad while counting the bin of each.

From simple to complex, we can develop a robotic based system for many different counting and inspection scenarios, in all size formats, stand-alone, robotic work cells and manufacturing line integrations.

StackCount: Counting Stacks on a Pallet

What if you could count all of those boxes or cartons on a pallet? Now you can! This is an example of our StackCount Stack Counter developed by Sciotex. TableCount: Quick Tabletop Counting Solutions

What if you had a faster and more automated way of simply counting things on a table? Would it be faster and more accurate? You bet! Our technology will work on a table or on a conveyor. Enhancements can also be made by adding our award-winning AI inspection system capabilities.

These solutions are built to be simple manual systems or fully automated to your requirements. They can be used in table-top, conveyors or integrated with different types of robotic arms. They can simply count, do inspection or detect different characteristics.

Small Parts Inspection System Platform

This is a very high tolerance automated inspection system. This was developed to inspect parts requiring exacting standards for industries like medical device, aerospace and defense.

This system is configured for testing for defects in mass, measurement, curvature, and surface defect. Fully automated with feed, robotics and into simple accept/reject bins.

SPIS can be built to accommodate other part size ranges, both bigger and smaller.

Large Parts Inspection System Platform

This is a defect detection system for larger parts. This particular example is configured to inspect dishware like plates, bowls and cups.

This System inspects for multiple defect categories and is designed to operate in harsh envornments for extended and unattended operations.

LPIS can be built to accommodate other part size ranges and can be configured with a wide range of defect, measurement, presence and quality and AI technologies.
